Digital publishing firm Aptara has announced a new eBook production platform which it says is able to produce eBook-ready content faster and at a far lower cost than other available methods.
The new eGen service will be unveiled at the Online Information 2009 conference which takes place in London between 1st–3rd December but developers have revealed it converts content to the ePub format which is rapidly establishing itself as the standard eBook format.
